• For Cold Therapy: Keep gel eye mask in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, before use it. If the temperature is too low, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using For Warm Therapy: Keep gel eye mask in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes, before use it. If the temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using How to use it: Apply gel eye mask completely covering your eyelids, wrap it on your eye for minimum 15-30 minutes you will find that your eye will get relaxed and rejuvenate. For Cold Therapy:

Keep the Rahat ™hot / cool gel pack in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before use. DO NOT FREEZE.  If temperature is too low, wrap a thin towel around the gel pack before using (To privent from ice burn).

 

Cold Therapy Application:

Place the Rahat ™ hot / cool gel pack completely covering at desired area for minimum 10-30 minutes or as long as comfortable. To reduce pain and body temperature, anaesthetize an area, control hemorrhage, control bacterial growth, prevent edema, gangrene and reduce inflammation.

 

For Warm Therapy:

Method 1:

Keep the Rahat ™hot / cool gel pack in warm water for 5-10 minutes before use. If temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using (To privent from hot burn).

Method 2:

Keep the Rahat ™hot / cool gel pack in microwave for 25-30 secod only before use. If temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using (To privent from hot burn). If temperature is to low, than againg microwave it for 10-15 second only.

 

Hot Therapy Application:

Place the Rahat ™ hot / cool gel pack completely covering at desired area for minimum 10-30 minutes or as long as comfortable. To relive pain and congestion, provide warmth, promote suppuration, promote healing, reduce muscle tone and soften the exudates
