For Cold Therapy:

Keep the Rahat ™gel face mask in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes before use. DO NOT FREEZE.  If temperature is too low, wrap a thin towel around the gel pack before using (To privent from ice burn).

For Warm Therapy:

Method 1:

Keep the Rahat ™gel face mask in warm water for 05 - 10 minutes before use. If temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using (To privent from hot burn).

Method 2:

Keep the Rahat ™gel face mask in microwave for 10-20 secod only before use. If temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using (To privent from hot burn).

Usage:

Place the Rahat ™ gel face mask completely covering your face; wrap it around your face for minimum 15-30 minutes or as long as comfortable. You will find a deep relaxation overcome your face, eyes and through them your mind too. After this therapy, you will feel rejuvenated, refreshed and healthy. It is belived that regular therapy with the Rahat ™ gel face mask would help in the reduction of wrinkles and dark circles without the need of artificial chemiclly loaded creams or lotions.
