For Cold Therapy:

Keep the Rahat ™gel face mask in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes before use. DO NOT FREEZE.  If temperature is too low, wrap a thin towel around the gel pack before using (To privent from ice burn).

 

For Warm Therapy:

Method 1:

Keep the Rahat ™gel face mask in warm water for 05 - 10 minutes before use. If temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using (To privent from hot burn).

Method 2:

Keep the Rahat ™gel face mask in microwave for 10-20 secod only before use. If temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using (To privent from hot burn).
